• Orders can be canceled any time before they ship
• A 3% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees
• This fee applies to cancellations only (not returns)

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in original packaging with all components in “like new” condition
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• All returns are inspected upon receipt

• For cancellations, refunds are issued minus the 3% fee above
• For returns, refunds are issued based on the condition of the items and minus applicable fees outlined above
• If items are damaged or missing components, the cost will be deducted from the refund
• Any damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
