Refund policy
Cancellations
- Cancellations will be accepted up until your order is shipped.
- In the case of a cancellation, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the original order value to cover transaction fees and production costs. Thank you for your understanding!
14 Day Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of product delivery.
- Product must be returned in the original packaging with all original components in “like new” condition.
- In the case of a return, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Returned product will be inspected on delivery.
- If found to be in “like new” condition, a full refund will be issued (not including return shipping).
- If items are found to be damaged or missing, any loss in value will be subtracted from the return refund. Damage incurred during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

1 Year Structural Warranty
We are confident in our products and want you to share that same confidence. We offer a 1 year structural warranty on all products. See the warranty terms below.
- Warranty covers all product structure and functionality.
- Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that does not impact functionality incurred after item is received.
- If item is damaged during shipping, please contact info@dialedmotion.com within 72 hours of delivery, and we will make things right.
- Warranty does not cover abuse or improper use of products.
- Warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

- Include brief description of how the damage occurred.
- Include pictures of any damage.
Our team at Dialed Motion will assess the damage through the pictures. If we determine that the damage qualifies, we will provide replacements of any damaged parts.
