• Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that does not impact functionality incurred after item is received.
• If item is damaged during shipping, please contact info@dialedmotion.com within 72 hours of delivery, and we will make things right.
• Warranty does not cover abuse or improper use of products.
• Warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the product.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

• Include brief description of how the damage occurred.
• Include pictures of any damage.

Our team at Dialed Motion will assess the damage through the pictures. If we determine that the damage qualifies, we will provide replacements of any damaged parts.
