Processing Times

Fulfillment times vary depending on the item's availability and production status. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the specific Product Page before placing your order.

Pre-orders: These are custom production runs and generally have a lead time of 4–6 months.
Ready-to-ship/Clearance Items: Typically processed and shipped within 2 weeks

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship U.S. orders via UPS or USPS.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to Canada and Australia via DHL and UPS.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total. You are entirely responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.

Refused Packages

If a shipment is refused upon delivery for any reason other than documented transit damage, the customer is responsible for all associated costs. This includes:

Original shipping charges.
Return shipping fees and surcharges.
Any import duties or taxes incurred (for international orders). These costs will be deducted from your total refund once the package is returned to our facility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged In-Transit Goods

We take great care in packaging your order, but we recognize that transit issues can occur.

Damaged Items: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the crate or box, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. You must report any damage to info@dialedmotion.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the exterior packaging and the product.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Dialed Motion is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address where someone is available to receive the delivery.
