When can I preorder?

The next preorder (Preorder 9) will open on July 21st at 9am PT, 2026

When will Preorder 9 (July 2026) ship?

Orders from our Preorder 9 (July 2026) are expected to ship between December and January. We appreciate your patience while we work to increase our manufacturing capacity.

When will Preorder 8 (March 2026) ship?

Orders from our Preorder 8 (March 2026) are on track to ship between August and September. We appreciate your patience while we increase our manufacturing capacity.

When will the REP x Dialed Motion Leg Developer be available?

The REP x Dialed Motion Leg Developer will be available through REP's website in Q4 2026.

How much will the REP X Dialed Motion Leg Developer Cost?

REP is currently working on quoting the Leg Developer with their supply chain. We expect that the partnership with REP will be very helpful in offering you the best possible pricing.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place a preorder?

We handle most sales through customer preorders. We open a preorder window every few months, typically lasting around 40 days or until we reach our production capacity. Once the window closes, our suppliers begin the manufacturing process.

You can expect your equipment delivered 4–6 months after the preorder window ends.

Can I modify my order after it's been placed?

Because we manufacture based on exact preorder quantities, modifications aren't guaranteed once an order is placed. But we know life happens. If you need a tweak, please contact info@dialedmotion.com as soon as possible, and we'll do what we can to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Due to logistical and regulatory hurdles, we aren't shipping to other countries just yet.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates depend on your exact location and the total weight of your order.

For a precise quote, email info@dialedmotion.com with your full shipping address and a list of the items you're planning to order. Our team will be able to provide a personalized estimate.

How long does delivery take?

Because we operate on a preorder-based model, orders are typically delivered 4–6 months after the preorder window closes.

As we improve lead times, we will have some Ready-to-Ship items such as Clearance items. These items will ship from our warehouse within two weeks.

Will I receive tracking information?

You will receive tracking information once your order is packed & ready to leave our warehouse.

Are customs and duties included for international orders?

No. If you are ordering from Canada or Australia, your checkout total does not include local import duties or customs fees. You are responsible for paying these charges directly to the carrier upon delivery.

Note: If a package is refused and returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping costs, the return freight charges, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before the day it is shipped.

If you choose to cancel your order, a cancellation fee equal to 3% of the original order value will apply. This helps cover non-refundable transaction fees.

What is your return policy?
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of product delivery.
  • Product must be returned in the original packaging with all original components in “like new” condition.
  • In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • The returned product will be inspected on delivery.
  • If found to be in “like new” condition, a full refund will be issued (excluding return shipping).
  • If any items are found to be damaged or missing, any loss in value will be subtracted from the return refund.

* Damage incurred during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How long do returns typically take to process?

Returned items are inspected upon delivery. If found to be in "like new" condition, your refund will be initiated. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Are there any restocking fees?

Yes. If you choose to return your order, a restocking fee equal to 10% of the original order value will apply.

Will your cable system(s) work with my rack?

Our cable systems are built to fit racks with 3x3" uprights (including 75mm). and we offer hardware for both 1" and ⅝" holes. 

* Our systems are not currently compatible with the following rack upright sizes: 2x2", 2x3", 80x80mm, 70x70mm, or 60x60mm.

How much height does it add to my rack?

Our setups use Single Pulley Mounts and Lat Upper Arms at the top of the rack.

  • Single Pulley Mount: extends 2-¼” from the center of its mounting hole. On the top hole of our Rogue Monster rack, this equates to about ¾” above the top of our rack.
  • Lat Upper Arm: extends 3-⅜” from the center of its top mounting hole. On the top hole of the Rogue Monster rack, this should equate to 1-⅞” above the top

However, the Upper Arm and Single Pulley Mounts can technically be mounted at any hole height on your rack.

Should I bolt down my rack?

It is always good practice to bolt down your rack. With the added loading due to the cable system, bolting down your rack is even more critical.

What should I do if something arrives damaged or missing?
