What’s the Lat vs Sidewinder option?

The only difference is where the pulley is installed (left side pulley in cover image). You can easily switch between configurations after receiving the product as well.
Will this work with my rack?

Our Upper Arm is designed to work with any rack with a 3x3” upright. This includes 3x3” racks and 75x75mm racks, as well as 1” and 5/8” hardware.
Does the Upper Arm work for left & right side mounts?

Yes! It is reversible.
