Will this work with my rack?

Our Carriage is designed to work with any rack with a 3x3” upright. This includes 3x3” racks and 75x75mm racks, as well as 1” and 5/8” hardware.

Does the Belt Squat work for left and right side mounts?

Yes! It is reversible.
