Our Belt Squat attaches to your lower crossmember and utilizes the extendable cable from our Cable Retractor for easy set-up. Compatible with 4-post or 6-post racks. See our prototype in use here. 

The Belt Squat attachment can also be used for a super minimal lat pull down setup. See our demonstration here.

FAQ
Will this work with my rack?

Our Belt Squat is designed to work exclusively on racks with 3x3” uprights. This includes 3x3” racks and 75x75mm racks, as well as 1” and 5/8” hardware.
Does the Belt Squat work for left & right side mounts?

Yes! It is reversible.
Does the Belt Squat work with flat foot racks?

Unfortunately, it does not.
