The Upper Arm is used in both our Sidewinder System and as a Lat Pull attachment for our Ibex System. The removable pulley allows for quick switches between functional trainer and lat pull down.

FAQ

Will this work with my rack?

Our Carriage is designed to work with any rack with a 3x3” upright. This includes 3x3” racks and 75x75mm racks, as well as 1” and 5/8” hardware.

Does the Upper Arm work for left and right side mounts?

Yes! It is reversible.
