Your gym should be customizable to fit your needs and your space. To allow you to design your own cable systems, we decided to make each of our components available separately.

The Upper Arm is compatible with both the Sidewinder System and the Ibex System as a lat pulldown attachment. A removable pulley enables quick transitions between functional trainer use and lat pulldown work.

FAQ
What’s the Lat vs Sidewinder option?

The only difference is where the pulley is installed (left side pulley in cover image). You can easily switch between configurations after receiving the product as well.
Will this work with my rack?

Our Upper Arm is designed to work with any rack with a 3x3” upright. This includes 3x3” racks and 75x75mm racks, as well as 1” and 5/8” hardware.
Does the Upper Arm work for left & right side mounts?

Yes! It is reversible.
