Sidewinder™

The Sidewinder Cable System is a compact, rack-mounted functional trainer designed to attach to a single 3x3" upright. It’s compatible with 2-post, 4-post, 6-post, and many wall-mounted racks, making it a flexible option for different setups.

Its core is our patent-pending Cable Retractor, which keeps the cable tensioned, allows quick height changes, and eliminates the long, complex cable runs found in traditional functional trainers—resulting in a cleaner, more streamlined setup.

We recommend the Sidewinder for anyone with a 2-post rack or wall mounted rack. It is also a great option for anyone with a 4 or 6-post rack that values keeping their rack as open and usable as possible. If you decide to convert to the Ibex System, most components of the Sidewinder are reusable with the exception of the Load Pin.
