How to Preorder

How does the preorder process work?

As a young company, we have chosen to fund our production runs by accepting customer preorders.

We open a preorder window every few months. The preorder window stays open for 40 days. When the window closes, we place production orders and our suppliers start the manufacturing process. All products are delivered 4-5 months after the preorder window closes.

We have now run 3 preorders. Most recently, we successfully finished fulfilling our second preorder in October 2024. We are expecting to finish shipping our third preorder in January 2025.

When can I preorder?

We have not locked in a launch date yet for our next preorder window, but it's looking like December.

The best way to get in on the next round is to sign up for our email list here and/or keep an eye on our Instagram. We will announce everything in those two places.

Will this work with my rack?

Our Cable Systems are designed to work with racks constructed with 3x3” uprights. This includes 3x3” and 75x75mm racks. We offer our systems with 1” or 5/8” mounting hardware.

Everyone's home gym setup is a little bit different. We recommend taking a look at our installation instructions, to check for compatibility, before placing a preorder.

We do not currently have any products compatible with the following rack upright sizes: 2x2", 2x3", 80x80mm, 70x70mm, 60x60mm. We do hope to expand our offerings in the future.

How much height does it add to my rack?

Our Upper Arm comes up 3-3/8" from the center of the top mounting hole. Our Single Pulley Mounts come up 2-1/4" from the mounting hole.

On our Rogue Monster rack, this equates to about 3/4" above the top of our rack. However, the Upper Arm and Single Pulley Mounts can technically be mounted at any hole height on your rack.

Should I bolt down my rack?

It is always good practice to bolt down your rack. With the added loading due to the cable system, bolting down your rack is even more critical.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be accepted up until your order is shipped.
  • In the case of a cancellation, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the original order value to cover transaction fees and production costs. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of product delivery.
  • Product must be returned in the original packaging with all original components in “like new” condition.
  • In the case of a return, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returned product will be inspected on delivery.
  • If found to be in “like new” condition, a full refund will be issued (not including return shipping).
  • If items are found to be damaged or missing, any loss in value will be subtracted from the return refund. Damage incurred during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
