What types of home gym equipment do you sell?

The Sidewinder and the Ibex are our rack-mounted cable systems, designed to be universally compatible across most 3x3 racks with 1” or ⅝” holes.

We also offer a range of individual components and attachments to support customized configurations.

When will the Leg Developer, Strap Safeties & Roller Footplate be available to purchase?

Do you have pricing details for your new releases?

We're still waiting on final production quotes, and with import costs changing frequently, current prices are estimates and subject to adjustment.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

As a growing company, we fund each production run through customer preorders. We open a preorder window every few months, typically lasting around 40 days or until we reach our production capacity. Once the window closes, we place our manufacturing orders and our suppliers begin the manufacturing process. All products are delivered 4–6 months after the preorder window ends.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa.

Can I modify my order after its been placed?

We typically don’t allow modifications to orders once they’ve been placed, as we use preorder quantities to plan and manage our production runs very carefully.  That said, we understand that situations can change and do our best to accommodate requests when possible.  If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible—while we can’t guarantee it, we’ll always try to help where we can.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates can vary significantly depending on your location and the items in your order, especially for international deliveries. If you'd like a personalized estimate, feel free to email us at info@dialedmotion.com with your full shipping address and a list of the items you're planning to order. Our team will be able to provide a personalized estimate.

How long does delivery take?

Because we operate on a preorder-based model, orders are typically delivered 4–6 months after the preorder window closes.

Will I receive tracking information?

You will receive tracking information once your has been packed & is ready to leave our warehouse.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, cancellations are accepted up until your order is shipped.

If you choose to cancel your order, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the original order value will apply. This helps cover non-refundable transaction fees and production-related costs. We appreciate your understanding and support as a preorder-based business.

What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of product delivery.
  • Product must be returned in the original packaging with all original components in “like new” condition.
  • In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • The returned product will be inspected on delivery.
  • If found to be in “like new” condition, a full refund will be issued (excluding return shipping).

If any items are found to be damaged or missing, any loss in value will be subtracted from the return refund.
*Damage incurred during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Are there any restocking fees?

Yes—If you choose to return your order, a restocking fee equal to 10% of the original order value will apply.

Will your Leg Developer work with my bench?

Expected compatibility for our Leg Developer bench attachment is as follows:

We also plan to offer a “DIY” adapter hitch for those with benches that don’t have attachment ports beneath their pads. This option is intended for users who are comfortable modifying their bench to make it compatible. Details are still being finalized.

Will your cable system(s) work with my rack?

Our cable systems are designed to fit racks with 3x3" uprights, this includes both 3x3" and 75mm square tubing. We offer mounting hardware options for both 1" and ⅝" hole sizes to ensure a secure fit. 
*Our systems are not currently compatible with the following rack upright sizes: 2x2", 2x3", 80x80mm, 70x70mm, or 60x60mm. We do hope to expand our offerings in the future.

How much height does it add to my rack?

Our Upper Arm comes up 3-⅜” from the center of the top mounting hole.Our Single Pulley Mounts come up 2-¼” from the mounting hole.

On our Rogue Monster rack, this equates to about ¾” above the top of our rack.  However, the Upper Arm and Single Pulley Mounts can technically be mounted at any hole height on your rack.

Should I bolt down my rack?

It is always good practice to bolt down your rack.  With the added loading due to the cable system, bolting down your rack is even more critical.

What should I do if something arrives damaged or missing?

If your order arrives with any missing or damaged items, please contact us right away at info@dialedmotion.com. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
